Create milestones for the action plan

Create milestones for the affected KPIs in the action plan.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_kpi.admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Action plan items tab of the action plan.

  2. Select Create.

    The Crate new action plan item dialog box is displayed.

  1. Select Milestone.

  2. Select the affected KPI from the list of available KPIs.

  3. Select Create.

  4. In the form, fill in the required fields.

    Assigned toUser to whom the milestone tracking is assigned
    Due dateTarget date for the milestone
    Short descriptionBrief description of the milestone
    Milestone details
    Milestone target valueThe expected target value of the KPI for the milestone
    Milestone collection start dateStart date for the milestone collection
    Milestone collection end dateEnd date for the milestone collection

  5. Select Save to create and save the new milestone.

Result

The milestones appear in the related list of the action plan.
