Initiate a contract request from the playbook
Initiate a contract request for sourcing requests or sourcing event from the playbook.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_user
Procedure
Navigate to the Source-to-Pay Workspace.
Open the sourcing request or sourcing event for which you have to initiate a contract request.
Note: From the playbook, you can initiate contract requests for sourcing requests and sourcing events only.
Select Playbook and navigate to the Request details step.
Select Create a type of work in the Assign work to others section.
Select Contract request from the list of available options.
Select a supplier from the list of available suppliers.
Select Next.
Provide the details about the contract that you have to initiate.
Select Initiate.
