Configure Accounts Payable Operations

Configure Accounts Payable Operations to set up invoice processing, exception handling, approval rules, integrations, and workspace settings.

  • Install Accounts Payable Invoice Processing
    Install the Accounts Payable Invoice Processing (sn_ap_apm) application as an admin to include demo data and related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins.
  • Install Invoice Case Management
    Install the Invoice Case Management (sn_ap_cm) application as an admin to include demo data and related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins.
  • Install Accounts Payable Operations integration with Document Intelligence
    Accounts Payable Operations integration with Document Intelligence (com.sn_ap_ic) is installed automatically with Accounts Payable Invoice Processing (com.sn_ap_apm) to enable invoice data extraction.
  • Domain separation and Accounts Payable Operations
    Domain separation is unsupported for Accounts Payable Operations. Domain separation enables you to separate data, processes, and administrative tasks into logical groupings called domains. You can control several aspects of this separation, including which users can see and access data.
