Enable article optimization recommendations

Enable article optimization recommendations in Now Assist to activate AI-powered improvement suggestions for knowledge articles.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin.

  2. Select the Now Assist Skills tab.

  3. In the left panel, select Platform.

  4. Under Platform, select Knowledge.

  5. Locate the Article Optimization Recommendations toggle and enable it.

  6. Select Save.
