Use translation management

Use translation management to create and manage translation tasks.

• Create translation assignments for knowledge articles
  Assign knowledge articles to language experts to ensure accurate translations. Identify the language experts and create assignment rules so that translation tasks are automatically assigned to language experts and groups.
• Auto-create translation tasks
  Auto-create translation tasks in specified languages to avoid having to manually create translation tasks after an article is published. The available languages are determined by the language plugins that have been installed on your instance.
• Bulk Translation for knowledge articles
  Perform bulk translations of knowledge articles in multiple languages using the Localization Framework application.
• Translate a knowledge article from a translation task
  Start translating articles once they are published and assigned to you for translation.
• Translate knowledge blocks within an article
  If a selected article indicates that a knowledge block is missing a translation, you must translate the knowledge block before you can translate the article.
• Request missing translations for available languages
  Manually create translation tasks if an article does not have translation tasks created for all the languages you have configured.
