Preview a knowledge article with knowledge blocks in Agent Workspace.
Before you begin
You must have contribute access to the knowledge base that stores the knowledge article.
Role required: agent_workspace_user and knowledge
Procedure
Navigate to All > Agent Workspace > Agent Workspace Home.
Go to Lists > Knowledge Articles > All.
Select the article in which you want to preview a knowledge block and click Edit.
Click Preview with Blocks.
The article edit page refreshes to show options for previewing a knowledge block.
Click Show Blocks to highlight the knowledge blocks added to the article.
Click OK.
