With the Document Management application, you can create, upload, track and manage documents throughout the lifecycle of the workflow.
Use the document repository to easily upload, retrieve, share, delete and sign documents. Documents can also be linked to other records in the system.

With the ServiceNow® Document Management plugin (com.snc.platform_document_management), you can create documents, manage large numbers of documents efficiently, and track each version. The plugin is independent, with no dependencies on existing plugins and has been built on the existing sys_attachment framework.
