Enable viewing related documents in a parent record

Add the Documents related list to the record to be able to link and view documents related to the record.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the record, (for example, Incident, Interaction, and so on).

  2. Select the Additional Actions icon (

Additional actions icon\) and select **Configure** > **Related Lists**.

  1. Move Documents from the Available list to the Selected list.

  2. Select Save.

Result

The Documents related list is added to the related lists available in the record.
