Customize the Now Assist for Threat Intelligence Security Center Case summarization skill

Customize the Now Assist for Threat Intelligence Security Center to suit your requirements.

Before you begin

Roles required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Skills.

2. Under Technology, select Security Operations.

3. In All features, select Threat Intelligence Security Center.

   The following Now Assist for Threat Intelligence Security Center skills are displayed:

   • TISC Case Summarization
   • TISC Report Authoring
   • For the skill you want to customize, select **

The guided setup is displayed. Configure the sections and select **Save and continue** to proceed.

**Note:**

The configurable sections can be different for individual skills. Follow the prompts to customize the editable sections.

1. In General details, enter a unique name and description for the skill.

2. In Choose input, modify the editable fields in the template, and select Save template.

   You can configure only the editable base input table fields and their descriptions. Select from the related tables supported on the lists for your input data.

3. In Customize prompt, edit the prompt by reordering or removing the predefined sections.

   Review and test the prompt on a threat intelligence record for each input template configuration.

4. In Define access, define the user access and role restrictions.

5. In Select display, toggle to display the skill in all Security Operations products and the Now Assist panel.

6. In Review and Activate, review your skill and consider additional modifications.

7. Select Activate.

   Your skill is displayed in the available Threat Intelligence Security Center skills section.
