Track an In-store operations task on Retail mobile app

Monitor the progress of an In-store operations task on Retail mobile app.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_rtl_instore_ops.manager

Procedure

  1. On the Retail mobile app, select My Store > All cases from the menu bar.

  2. Select an In-store operations case to monitor.

  3. Navigate to the Tasks related list.

  4. Review the list of tasks created for that store.

  5. Select a task to open the Details view and take action as needed.
