Configure a highlighted value for a form header

Configure a highlighted value for a form header in a workspace.

Before you begin

Role required: workspace_admin, ui_builder_admin, admin

About this task

After creating a highlighted value, you must add it to your workspace's highlighted value configuration.

Procedure

1. Create a highlighted value.

   1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Highlighted Values.

   2. Select New.

      A new Highlighted Value record opens.

   3. Complete the following fields:

      • Table

        Select the table where the highlighted value will apply.

      • Field

        Select the field where the highlighted value will apply.

   4. Select Submit.

2. Add the highlighted value to the highlighted value configuration.

   1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Highlighted Values Configurations.

   2. From the UX Highlighted Value Configurations list, select the configuration for your workspace.

      A UX Highlighted Value Configuration record opens.

   3. From the Highlighted Values related list, select Edit.

   4. Add the highlighted value.

   5. Select OK.
