Security Auditable Fields

Displays table and field level details that will be audited in the ServiceNow® instance.

Security Auditable Fields displays the details of tables and fields that will be audited in the ServiceNow instance.

To access the Security Auditable Fields page, navigate to All > System Security > Identity and Access Audit > Configure Tables & Fields. The Security Auditable Fields page is displayed with the following information.

Column NameDescription
Table to AuditDetails of the table that will be audited.
Audit Storage DestinationDetails of the destination where the audit details will be stored.
Field ListAuditing will be done for fields specified in the list.
CreateWhether changes related to the Create operation will be audited.
UpdateWhether changes related to the Update operation will be audited.
DeleteWhether changes related to the Delete operation will be audited.
ActiveAudits only if the configuration for the table is active.

  • Access Control [sys_security_acl]​
  • User [sys_user]​

  • Access Roles [sys_security_acl_role]​
  • Contained Role [sys_user_role_contains]​
  • Group Member [sys_user_grmember]​
