Global Identity

Use ServiceNow®Global Identity to help identify and manage users across multiple instances.

Global Identity resolves unique users across multiple ServiceNow® instances by consolidating their attributes and other foundational data. Each unique user, regardless of instance, is identified by a Federated ID.
