Display a metric as a timeline
Administrators can enable users to display any metric on a timeline by activating the Timeline Metrics UI action.
Procedure
Navigate to All > Metrics > Definitions.
Select the metric you want to display on a timeline. For example, Problem State Duration.
Select the Timeline check box.
Click Update.
