Modify the displayed field
The list view of the Reference Lookup defines the fields displayed in the Task Relations field and editing interface.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to a form that has a reference to the table whose display values you would like to modify within Task Relations field.
Click the magnifying glass to display the Reference Lookup list view.
Right-click the list header and select Configure > List Layout.
The selected List layout is used as the display value for records within the Task Relations field.
