Review sequences in Workflow Studio so you can suggest optimizations and share high-performing sequences across territories to promote best practices across the organization.
Before you begin
Role required: Sequence reader [sn_crm_sequence.reader]
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
Select the List icon

Navigate to Sequences > All Sequences.
Select a sequence that you want to view.
On the Details page, select Open steps.
You're redirected to Workflow Studio where you can view the sequence diagram.
