| First name | First name of the contact. |
| Last name | Last name of the contact. |
| Email address of the contact pre-populated from the From field of the email header. | |
| Business phone | Business phone number of the contact. |
| Mobile phone | Mobile phone number of the contact. |
| Account | Account associated with the contact. |
| Title | Job title of the contact. |
| Time zone | Time zone of the contact. This field is set to the system setting by default. |
| Language | Preferred language of the contact. This field is set to the system setting by default. |
| Notification | Option to enable notifications for this contact. |
