Approval Configuration form
Field descriptions for the Approval Configuration form in Advanced Approval Management.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the configuration for a Sales Customer Relationship Management entity, for example Quote. |
| Entity table | Sales Customer Relationship Management Entity for the approval configuration. For example, if you're creating an approval configuration for Quote Management, select the Quote \[sn\_quote\_mgmt\_core\_quote\] table. |
| Allow escalations | Option that turns on escalations for approvals. If you select this option, you must also define escalation details in the appropriate approval rules, including the escalation assignee, length of time allowed for approval completion, and associated Service Level Agreement \(SLA\). For information on the escalation details defined in an approval rule, see Create Approval Rule form. |
| Allow email consolidation | Option that turns on the consolidation of multiple approval email requests for an approver or approval group into a single email. |
| Send auto reminders | Option that enables notification approval reminders to be sent automatically to approvers. |
| Reminder schedule | Option displayed when Send auto reminders is enabled. Enter the time (days, hours, minutes, seconds) at which approval reminder notifications are sent. |
