Create a Variable set

Create a Variable set for an Auto Query scan created in the Discovery Console for OT.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. In the Console, navigate to Assets > Variables.

2. Select the add icon

1. On the Create Variable Set page, add the necessary information and then completion, select Next.

2. Identification: Enter information in the fields for the Variable name and description.

3. Site: In the Select Sites section, put a check mark in the box next to a site name (if available).

   Using the icons under the list allows you to select all

1. Variable: Select from the list of available Variables.

2. Confirmation: Confirm to create the Variable.

Result

The new variable appears in the Variable list.

Note: A Site can only be associated with a single Variable set, but a Variable set can contain many variables.
