Integration with Task Mining

Use the Task Mining integration to create Task Mining projects and run analyses directly from the Process Mining Workspace.

Task Mining projects created from Process Mining projects enable you to get task level insights across workstation apps, including third parties.

While working in the Analyst Workbench, a Process Mining analyst can select a process node or improvement opportunity to create a pre-filled Task Mining project. A confirmation page displays relevant context — such as the users whose tasks will be collected — for the analyst to review and submit. Task Mining then reports project status updates back to the Process Mining Workspace.

The integration preserves traceability between process-level insights and task-level findings, avoiding fragmented analysis and reducing navigation between tools.
