Activating Process Mining

Activate Process Mining to use the application and benefit from it.

  • Access Process Mining
    Process Mining is available with ServiceNow AI Platform. With the free version, you can do only sample mining. You need a license to do full mining.
  • Request Process Mining for external data
    Request Process Mining for external data application to import external data and work with it within ServiceNow® instance.
  • Activate content packs
    Activate Process Mining content packs to access prebuilt projects for specific areas of your business. You can activate a content pack from the application list on your instance.
  • Integrating Process Mining
    Use Process Mining throughout the continuous improvement life cycle to consistently and accurately analyze processes.
