Using the prominent action button

Use the prominent action button to quickly access your Now Assist agent chat no matter where you're in the app.

Tap the button to open a new Now Assist chat. If you open the chat while you have a record open, Now Assist automatically incorporates the information from that record into its responses.

While offline, the prominent action button is grayed out to show that it’s unavailable.
