Mobile Agent app

Use the ServiceNow Mobile Agent app to update records, coordinate with coworkers, track your location, and work without an internet connection — all from your mobile device. Download the Mobile Agent app for either Apple iOS from the Apple App Store or the Google Android version from the Google Play store.

  • Features of Mobile Agent

  • Give your agents a mobile interface to triage, address, and resolve requests.
