Enable Now Assist Agent skills for Virtual Agent on Mobile

Enable Now Assist Agent skills in Virtual Agent on Mobile to leverage the power of generative AI.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.

  2. Select the Assistants tab.

  3. Open the Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default) record or a custom assistant record.

  4. Select Display Experience from the sidebar.

  5. Open the Mobile drop-down.

  6. Select Mobile Agent App and choose Chat widget experience.
