Root cause analysis task form

Root cause analysis task form enables you to enter the root cause of the product non-conformance.

FieldsDescription
NumberRoot cause analysis task number that is automatically generated. The number starts with RCA and incremented for every new report.
TableTable name for which RCA must be performed.
Target idRecord for which RCA must be performed.
ParentParent that is used to build the hierarchical categories.
Short descriptionShort note.
DescriptionDetailed explanation of the issue.
StateState of the RCA expense line:- New - On hold - In progress - Closed complete - Closed cancelled - Closed incomplete
PrioritySeverity of the RCA task. Options are:- Critical - Major - Moderate - Minor
Assignment groupOrganizational units or teams responsible for handling specific tasks, cases, or issues
Assigned toUser to whom the RCA has been assigned.
