Create a preventive action
Create a preventive action for product quality issue case.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > List > Product Quality Investigation > Preventive Action.
Select New.
On the Preventive Action form, fill in the fields.

Select Save.
