Add or remove access to assignment groups in Workforce Optimization for ITSM manager workspace

Include or exclude access to assignment group data to display only the groups that are relevant for the logged-in user in the Workforce Optimization for ITSM manager workspace.

As a manager, by default, you can see all groups that you directly or additionally manage. You can add access to additional groups or remove access to any of the groups displayed by default.

• To add access to more groups, use an extension point.

• To remove access, use filter conditions to exclude groups for which you don't need visibility.
