Access external courses using Coaching with Learning

Add courses from external sources such as Udemy, Pluralsight, or Cornerstone to enable your users to gain skills from external content.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wfo_cfg_itsm.manager

You must integrate Coaching with third-party learning management systems. For information on how to perform this integration, see Integrate Coaching with Learning with third-party learning management systems.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Workforce Optimization for ITSM > Manager Workspace.

2. Click the coaching icon.

3. Click the Learning tab.

4. Go to Learning Courses > External Courses.

   You can search courses based on keywords using the Search courses field or narrow down the display of the courses based on skills using the Filter courses by skill field.

5. Select a course.

6. Click Go to course.

   You can review and learn the external course.
