Field level recommendations in Recommended Actions for ITSM
ITSM base system includes the following field level recommendations for incidents.
| Recommendation | Description |
|---|---|
| Service (Classification) | Returns Predictive Intelligence based field recommendations. This will give field predictions in the Service field of the current incident. |
| Assignment group (Classification) | Returns Predictive Intelligence based field predictions in the Assignment Group field of the current incident. |
| Configuration item (Classification) | Returns Predictive Intelligence based field predictions in the Configuration item field of the current incident. |
| Incident Fields value prediction (TI) | Returns Task Intelligence for ITSM based field predictions in the Service Assignment Group, Configuration item fields of the current incident. |
