Automatically close an interaction in Service Operations Workspace

Automatically close the interaction when an incident linked is closed in Service Operations Workspace.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace Admin Center > Configurations.

  2. Select Interaction Management.

  3. Toggle the Close Interaction when linked Incident is resolved option.

Result

The interaction record will be automatically closed in the Service Operations Workspace once the linked incident is closed.
