Limitations in Proactive Engagement

You must be aware of a few limitations when you create a new metric rule and choose the remedial action.

Limitations in Proactive Engagement:

  • Remedial action resolution type cannot be used if the remedial actions require any runtime parameters.
  • Actionable notifications for LLM will be supported from WP3 and Xanadu. However, In Vancouver, the portal with NLU will get notifications.
