View active and inactive participants in the conference call

You can view the participant status in an active conference call.

Before you begin

Role required: itil, itil_admin, or admin

Procedure

1. Open ITSM Mobile Agent app.

2. In My work tab, tap See All.

1. Open the incident where the conference call is originated.

2. Tap Collaborate.

1. Tap on the active conference call.

1. Do one of the following:

   Option	Action
   Active	Tap Active to view the active participants
   Inactive	Tap Inactive to view the inactive participants
