How it works
The release notes are generated using a Now Assist summarization skill called Generate Release Notes. This skill is available when the Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) plugin is installed.
- When your release is in the readiness phase, select the option to generate release notes.
- The system creates a draft using AI summarization.
- Review and modify the draft as needed.
- Publish and share the release notes with your audience.
