On the DPM homepage, see the status of all your solutions. For information, see Digital Portfolio Management Workspace homepage.

Personal portfolios

Create your own collections of services and applications with data surfaced from other ServiceNow products. DPM supports dedicated service tables so you can fill your personal portfolios with business services, service instances, and any other services in the base CMDB service table. For more information, see Work with portfolios in Digital Portfolio Management.

Real time data

Drill down into each portfolio to analyze the details in the context of the plan-build-run life cycle. The key performance indicators (KPIs) are fully configurable. For life-cycle information, see Digital Portfolio Management life-cycle management. For information about KPIs, see KPI groups in Digital Portfolio Management.

Enterprise portfolios

Create enterprise portfolios for business applications and service instances. You can also view service portfolios that are shared with you. You can't alter service portfolios because they’re created in Service Portfolio Management tables. However, you can still see the overall IT structure in the context of the services that you own. For more information, see Enterprise portfolios.
