View remedial action execution

Monitor in-progress and completed remedial actions across all devices from the Remedial action executions page in DEX Administration.

About this task

The Remedial action executions page provides a consolidated view of all remedial actions triggered across all devices. You can initiate these actions from an individual device page, alert page, incidents page, insights page, Proactive engagement, or DEX self-service. Use this page to track execution status and identify actions that require attention.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_dex.admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

2. In the primary navigation pane, select DEX Administration.

3. Select Remedial action executions > View Remedial action executions.

   The Remedial action executions page displays a list of all remedial action executions, including their status and the associated device details.
