View Desktop Assistant usage metrics

As a DEX administrator, view Desktop Assistant usage metrics of end users.

Before you begin

Confirm that the DEX plugin (sn_dex) is installed.

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon (

  1. Under Desktop Assistant, select Usage metrics.

    You can view the Desktop Assistant users who are logged in, their connection status, and the Desktop Assistant versions.
