Device details pages

The device details provide a comprehensive view of device health, including alerts, incidents, battery status, and hardware details. It also tracks applications, running processes, app and device performance, battery, and Wi-Fi data. Network monitoring offers connection details, performance metrics, device metrics, network experience, and access. Additionally, you can access custom queries for more detailed insights.

  • Device health page
    The health of a device includes critical device specifics like type, name, OS, model, location, and CPU. Additionally, it includes metrics like device and battery health, events from the last 24 hours, OS details, pending updates, incident, and alert specifics.
  • Applications page
    View essential details for managing applications such as application name, version, type, number of incidents, alerts, and impacted devices.
  • Running processes page
    Observe running process metrics to gain insights into how running processes are performing and identify performance bottlenecks or issues that might be impacting the digital experience.
  • Application performance pages
    Access performance and usage data for a specific application to evaluate its efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Advanced app metrics page
    Access the advanced app metrics for the Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM).
  • Device metrics page
    Access real-time metrics like CPU, memory, disk usage, I/O operations, battery, and energy consumption for insights into system resource utilization, performance, and improvement areas.
  • Network experience pages
