Create an insights report

Build and run custom reports to uncover insights across your digital workspace. Use the capability to generate reports on any of the performance metrics on a device or application.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_dex.admin, sn_dex.engineer

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Insights icon (

  1. Select the metrics you want to include in your query.

  2. Filter by Department, Device list, and Operating system.

  3. Select View results.

  4. Select Save, assign a name to the report, and select Save again.

    Note: You can save up to 10 custom reports. Delete an existing report that is no longer needed to make space for a new custom report. Select More actions > Delete report.
