SRM Home page

The Service Reliability Management (SRM) Home page provides relevant information about your work, services, schedules, maintenance reminders, and teams. View the Home page by navigating to Service Reliability Management.

When you're on-call, your schedule is listed.

Get started

Contains setup tasks and their progress for teams and services. For more information on completing setup, see Add a service to SRM and Edit service details in SRM.Note: You can skip any section and come back to it later. Progress is marked in percentages by the actions that you take. As long as a step remains incomplete, the tiles are available. You can minimize them, at any point, by selecting the Up icon

Use Dismiss to remove it from your page.

The checklist states are as follows:

  • None: No action has been taken.
  • Done: All required fields have been added.
  • Pending: Some fields or approvals still must be added or granted.
OverviewContains an overview of all service alerts, incidents, and at-risk and critical services. Services with critical alerts are the default list view. Select a card to see the list view for that area.
Service reliabilityDisplays a dashboard for monitoring and managing service performance. The dashboard offers multiple visualizations to help you track error budgets, monitor service level objectives, and identify issues across services.
Your workContains incidents and alerts assigned to you. Select a card to see the list view for that area.
Your teams' workContains incidents and alerts assigned to your team. Select a card to see the list view for that area.
