Reorder list in Service Operations Workspace for ITOM

Reorder lists to prioritize information and enhance workflow organization.

Before you begin

Role required: itil

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. From the navigation bar, select the List icon:

  1. Select the My Lists tab.

  1. Select the list you want to reorder.

  2. Select Reorder to adjust the position of the list.
