Place an alert in the Acknowledged state

Placing an alert into the Acknowledged state indicates that the alert has issues that need to be addressed.

Before you begin

Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

Note: The evt_mgmt_user role is view-only and does not have permission to perform this action.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

2. From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon

1. Filter with Active alerts.

2. Select an alert.

1. On the Details subtab, select the Acknowledged check box to place the alert into the Acknowledged state.

2. Click Save.
