SolarWinds Overview tab for Service Observability
Information that is displayed on the SolarWinds Overview tab of the Service Details page in the SOW.
KPIs section
The KPIs section displays basic performance metrics for the service.
Note: If the dashboards have been customized, they might not reflect the information shown on this page.

| Rate | Aggregate rate of transactions through the service. | SolarWinds |
| Error % | Percent of transactions that have an error. | SolarWinds |
| Latency | Aggregate duration of transactions through the service, in milliseconds. | SolarWinds |
Transactions charts
The Transactions charts show metrics for specific key transactions on the service. The key transactions are determined by your observability system configuration.

| Rate | Each line represents the throughput of a key transaction through the service. Hover over a point to view the different transaction names. | SolarWinds |
| Error % | Each line represents the percentage of errors on a key transaction in the service. Hover over a point to view the different transaction names. | SolarWinds |
| Latency | Each line represents the response time for a key transaction on the service. Hover over a point to view the different transaction names. | SolarWinds |
Contextual information section
The Recent changes table shows changes made to the system that might have an impact on the service. This data comes from the related configuration items in the CMDB.
Status indicators section
The Status indicators section displays charts for related CIs that might be affecting the service.
