Manage SLO creator agent settings
Activate or deactivate the service level objective (SLO) creator agent and configure the notification settings.
Before you begin
You must have Now Assist for ITOMand Service Reliability Management (SRM) installed on your instance. For more information, see Install Now Assist pluginsand Install Service Reliability Management.
Agentic workflows and their AI agents use role masking to determine which users can access them. Ones installed with Now Assist applications have specific roles that come included with the application. If you select Users with specific roles for user access, you must configure the security controls to include these roles. For the instructions to change the security controls, see Define security controls for an agentic workflow.
For an overview of how and when the SLO creator agent generates SLOs, see SLO creator agent.
