Role required: agent_client_collector_admin

About this task

For added security, ensure that MID Servers deployed for the Agent Client Collector aren’t deployed for other components.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Agent Client Collector > Deployment > MID Servers.

  2. Select a MID Server.

  3. Select the ACC Websocket Endpoints tab on the bottom of the page.

  4. Select New.

  5. Configure the fields on the page.

    FieldDescription
NameEnter a descriptive name for the websocket endpoint.
MID ServerThe name of the selected MID Server.
Short descriptionOptionally, enter a short description for the websocket endpoint.
Accessible IP addressApply an external/public IP when the MID Server has an internal IP that is not accessible from an agent.
