Add RIDAC records to projects from All RIDAC page

Add a Risk, Issue, Decision, Action, or Request Change (RIDAC) record to your project in All RIDAC page. Adding RIDAC records enable you to keep a track of risks or issues during the project life cycle and help in analyzing the outcome of a project.

About this task

Use All RIDAC page to view all RIDAC records in a single consolidated view. All RIDAC page displays all record types together in a grid layout. When you create RIDAC record or accept an AI-identified risk, it appears in this grid view. You can select the type of record you want to create, fill in the required details, and associate it to your project. You can use the RIDAC page in Project Workspace to view, add, manage, and evaluate all the RIDAC records.

Procedure

  1. Open a project from the home page of Project Workspace.

    For information, see Access the Project Workspace.

  2. Navigate to RIDAC > All RIDAC.

    The All RIDAC page displays all RIDAC records for the project in a single grid view, including Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Change Requests.

  3. From the More actions menu, select the type of RIDAC record that you want to create.

    OptionDescription
    Add RiskAdd risks to your project to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and monitor risks. Risks can originate from a change of project scope, cost, resource, and so on.
    Add IssueAdd issues to your project to identify, analyze, and track issues.
    Add DecisionAdd a decision in response to a reported risk or an issue.
    Add ActionAdd an action to your project to resolve an issue or risk or to make a decision.
    Add Request ChangeAdd a change request to your project in response to the suggested action for an issue or risk.
  4. On the form, fill in the fields.
