Manage project stories in the project workbench
If Project Portfolio Management and Agile Development 2.0 are activated, the project manager can manage the stories in a project from the project workbench.
Before you begin
Activate Project Portfolio Management and Agile Development 2.0 plugins.
Role required: it_project_manager
About this task
Manage stories in your project using the Manage Stories option in the Project Workbench.
Procedure
- In the project workbench header, select the options icon (

Options icon\) and then select **Manage Stories**.
Options icon\) and then select **Manage Stories**.
The Backlog section of the Agile Board opens in a new tab.
Select a story to open the Story form in the pop-up window, or select New to create a new story.
Fill in the fields on the Story form.
Select Update or Submit.
