Create and manage pages and subpages for demands

Flexibly organize information for your planning items by creating, duplicating, and deleting pages and subpages in Next Experience for Demand Management.

Before you begin

Role required:

  • Create and manage pages and subpages - it_demand_user, it_demand_manager, demand_approver
  • Read pages and subpages - apw_read, ppm_read

Procedure

  1. Open a demand from the home page of Next Experience for Demand Management.

    For more information, see Access demands.

  2. Select Docs from the L-2 (level 2) navigation menu.

  3. Create or manage docs in any of the following ways.

Create a blank pageSelect Create page.The new page is created and added to your Doc with the name Untitled, which you can rename.
Create a page from templates
  1. Select Create Page from template.

  1. Select a template from the Template Center and select Use.

  • Select the Page Actions menu (

  • Select a template from the Template Center and select Use.

  • Select the Page Actions menu (

  • Provide a name and description for the template.
  • Select whether the template is public or private.
  • Select Save.
