The Playbook templates list has a record of Approval Playbook for Now Assist approvals and Asset lifecycle playbook templates.

The Now Assist approval is a workflow that facilitates the AI asset approval process.

The AI asset lifecyle is completed by the following steps:

• Onboarding
• Assess
• Build and test
• Deploy

You can create your own playbook workflow by customizing the number of steps or rearranging them, as well as applying different security policies.

Note: To retire an asset, offboarding process is initiated.
