Manage AI assets list
The AI assets list in AI Control Tower shows all AI assets that have been discovered or registered.
The AI asset inventory in AI Control Tower organizes AI assets into two governance states: Managed and Unmanaged. The Unmanaged view lists AI assets that exist in your ServiceNow environment but have not been brought under active governance. The Unmanaged AI assets aren't monitored, not subject to policy enforcement, and don't appear in governance reports until they are moved to managed status.

| Managed by | The ServiceNow user designated as governance owner for the specific AI asset. |
| State | The operational state of an AI asset. |
| Risk classification | The assessed risk level of an AI asset. |
| Asset state | The current state of an AI asset. |
