Use the Max component
Take two integers and find which one is larger as part of an automation Workflow by using the Max component in RPA Desktop Design Studio.

About this task
You can configure the properties for the Max component. For more information about these properties, see Properties of the Math components.
Procedure
In the Toolbox pane, navigate to Utilities > Math.
Drag the Max component to the Design surface.
To configure the input fields, see Configure port properties.
Connect the data and control ports of the Max component to the corresponding ports of the other components as described in the following table.

| Data In \(Value2\) | Takes the last of the two integers that the method compares from a previously executed component. | Yes |
| Data Out \(Return\) | Returns the larger of the two integers entered and passes to the next component. | Yes.To preview the data, right-click the Return field and click Preview Data. |
| Control In | Connects to the Control Out port of one or more components. | Yes |
| Control Out | Connects to the Control In port of any other component. | No. Connecting the port is optional. |
- To test the component, under the DESIGN tab, click Run.
